Shipping & returns
We strive to ship your online order within 3 business days of receiving it. If we have a sale or promotion, our turnaround time during these periods can be up to 7 business days. If you have any questions about shipping times please don’t hesitate to get in touch - firstname.lastname@example.org
When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder (it’s usually in there). If you still can’t locate it, please email us at email@example.com and we will re-send it to you.
For orders over $100.00 cdn shipping is free (this applies to Canada only)
IN-STORE PICK UP
If you live in Toronto or the GTA or plan to visit our fine city, you have the option of picking up your order at our brick and mortar location. At checkout please select "In-store pick up" and this will automatically waive any shipping fees. You will be notified by phone or email when your order is ready for pick up.
All pick up in store orders will be made available for pick up at the store, the following business day, anytime after 1:30 pm. Monday through Friday
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Regular priced merchandise in its original, undamaged and unused condition, with its original tags and packaging, may be returned for refund within 30 days of the order date, plus applicable shipment time.
For reasons of hygiene and the personal safety of our customers, we regret that the following items may not be returned: cosmetics, perfume, pierced earrings, hosiery, under garmets and swimwear. Items that do not comply with this return policy will be sent back to you.
Please note that all sale items are final sale.
If for whatever reason you would like a bigger/smaller or different item, we will gladly authorize an exchange or provide an online credit once we receive the items back. Please note exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your online order.
You can also exchange items purchased online at our store location.
We stand behind all of our products. If you find that an item you have purchased online is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. There is a 30 day return policy for all damaged items, and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage (ideally attach a photo if possible) and your invoice number.
